News on the bingo vines this week is the massive decision by Gala Bingo to ditch their software provider and instead take up the same one their main rivals Mecca Bingo are currently using.

This seems a strange decision considering how loyal Gala Bingo players could react to the changes, and we know that one thing bingo players do not like is change.

Gala Bingo’s software was always a pretty decent one, so we can only guess why they’re making the change now.

There is nothing wrong with the new software they’re moving to, other than it means they’ll be competing even more closely with Mecca in trying to differentiate their products.

To help convince their players that the move is a good idea, they’ve brought in Peter Andrew to do a video explaining all about the changes and what it will mean to Gala fans.
